1. Parties

This document governs the use of services provided by Neural Core (the "Provider"), based in Romania, contact: contact@neuralcore.cc, phone +40 745 178 108.

2. Services

Neural Core offers consulting, implementation and maintenance services for AI-based systems including AI Receptionist, chatbots, e-commerce automations, API integrations and performance analytics.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed in writing by email or a signed contract. Pricing and timing are communicated before project start. Payments are made per issued invoices.

4. Intellectual property

The code, design and materials developed for the client become the client's property after full payment of the invoice. The Provider keeps the right to feature the project in its portfolio with respect for confidentiality.

5. Limitation of liability

The Provider is not responsible for indirect or profit losses. Maximum liability is limited to the contract value.

6. Governing law

This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on the site.
